ICMA Deduction Change Forms

Good Afternoon,

As you know, ICMA has had a name change to Mission Square.  There is no change to the 457b or Roth IRA plans.  Attached is the new deduction change form to be used when making contribution changes to these plans.  Changes for both the 457b & Roth IRA can be made on this form.

 As you know, we are happy to provide food and beverages to our volunteers so it’s important that we have a headcount.

We have come a long way

We have come a long way as a Local. We have made friends in the community as well as in politics. Our brand is strong and growing daily. 
 
The citizens of Allentown trust us and appreciate who we are and what we do. That is thanks to all of the hard work that we, as IAFF Local 302 Allentown Fire Fighters, have put in throughout the years of professionalism and community outreach.
It is important that we continue to represent the Local and Department in the same manner that has built our reputation.
Please remember when dealing with the public that what you say and do is a direct reflection on IAFF Local 302 Allentown Fire Fighters.
All we have worked for in becoming the voice of Public Safety in Allentown, as well as the Lehigh Valley, can easily be wiped out by not maintaining our professionalism.
Thank you for all you do day in day out. Our continued professionalism and hard work will grow our voice and strength as IAFF Local 302 Allentown Fire Fighters.

Handing Out Literature

I need guys to come out this Saturday from 11-2 for our last day of handing out lit. We will be on the Eastside again. Also, make plans to help out at the polls Tuesday.
If you’re coming off nights please help. If you’re coming off days please help. I need everyone to commit so we can man key polling stations. It is critical and effective that we have a presence at the polls. We had t-shirts made up for helping out at the polls.

Get Ray re-elected

We’re having an impact in helping to get the Mayor re-elected. It is all do to your support. Thank you to all of those who have been helping out and we are still in need of member participation. We are just under 2 weeks away from election and want to finish strong finish strong. This weekend we’re moving over to the Eastside to spread the word. We’ve-designed our handouts to increase our effectiveness. 
 
The new design has our logo and a quote supporting the Mayor. Those who have been helping know when we leave Ray lit the voter doesn’t know that Allentown Fire Fighters dropped it off. The new design will fix that. Our community truly respects us and wants to support us. This is why we are effective.
 
We are in need of members to come out, Sat 11-2 rally point will is TBD on the  Eastside, to help us get Ray re-elected.
